No need to thank me, I'm just glad that I could "help" a little
![]() Have a very nice day!
Thank you for this site! It's nice to have some questions answered by fellow fennec owners, no matter how prepared you think you are

@Mike, I meant A) I am not a breeder, and B) there aren't any adoption agencies, or exotic pet shelters like the ASPCA, you would most likely have to go through a breeder. You can check out the breeders on this site here, so good luck!
hey wes its me mike im fairly new to the site. I live in south florida west palm beach and work @ petstore. I dont make a whole lot of $ but can provide a great home for a baby i looked for adoptions but you enlightened me letting me know that none exist. I have a multitude of exotics so Im aware of the tribulations that may be possible. Please help me out finding a baby vulpix. lol thx and keep up the great work
Can you tell me what is the price range of a fennec fox? AND a reputable breeder in NY(the breeder in the breeder's list under NY has deactivated his email

thanks a lot my friend, i joined this site just to have more informatios about fennec foxes, here in my country algeria, there's a great number of fennecs which live in the sahara ^^ . i hope that this site will help me to know more things about this animal.
hi(: i live in florida as well and am looking for a baby fennec fox and i was wondering where you got your adorable little one from ??
This was one of the sites I ran across when looking them up a while back.
http://www1.islandfox.org/2007/01/friends-of-island-fox-inc-goes- live.html Another site I found was this one: http://www.canids.org/species/Urocyon_littoralis.htm There's apparently a special reserve for them in California, it's so specialized that the vet office there is called a "Foxpital". I really would love to work there and observe them! Anyways, hope this helps!
Yeah, I noticed you mentioned on the site somewhere one of my other favorite types of fox: The Crab eating fox. I love them because of the coloration and how they've adapted to their habitat. I was wondering if you'd also add a small mention of the Island fox?
yeah i am thinking about getting a little fennec fox i just dont know when because i am thinking about moving soon
